Sports Conditioning

At The Lion's Den, we take fitness, health and cardiovascular conditioning very seriously! Sports conditioning is a popular class for students who are looking to get a great full body workout in only 30 minutes. This class is designed for those students who want to improve core and functional strength, improve body composition and do it in a high energy and fun environment.

No one sports conditioning class at Lion's Den is the same, and every class is challenging. Since there is no "typical day" in our S.C. class, it's sufficient to say you will not be disappointed if you are seeking a better body, while having fun in the process. S.C. classes are open to all Lion's Den members. Men, women and kids are all encouraged to participate. The circuit style training gives members of all cardiovascular and muscular fitness levels to go at their own pace, which allows for constant improvement.
