MUAY THAI/KICK BOXING

Muay Thai is a
great way to get a total body workout while learning self defense. This
program is an international style of kickboxing that blends the science
of western boxing with the art of eastern kicking. Students are taught
various striking techniques ranging from kicking and punching to knee strikes.

most effective form of the striking arts. It is the perfect blend of
modern training with traditional values. This is a great way to get
into incredible shape and learn an effective self-defense method.
All classes require 16 oz gloves and hand wraps, higher level classes
will require additional training equipment that can be purchased at the Lion’s Den.
