Boxing

Our Boxing program is designed to accommodate ALL adults, men, women, beginners and competitors alike. Our class dynamic promotes the fundamentals of boxing in its purest form while students get the workout of a lifetime! Our boxing program is an excellent way to improve body composition, cardiovascular health, and confidence as you learn the rudimentary and advanced techniques of this American pastime.

We offer classes daily at multiple times and when you come to boxing, prepare to sweat! We do not incorporate "sparring" in our classes. Classes are designed to establish technical mastery of boxing. We do offer sparring to members who have been approved by our staff, based on skill and experience.
