BOXING

Boxing training provided at the Lion’s Den is the ultimate workout. Led by a world class coaching staff, the program is taught in both group and private training sessions. These classes will cover every boxing fundamental from footwork and body positioning, to punches and combinations. Boxing is recommended for the following members:
  • STUDENTS LOOKING TO SIMPLY GET IN SHAPE
  • STUDENTS WANTING TO LEARN PRACTICAL SELF DEFENSE AND BUILD CONFIDENCE
  • ANYONE WHO WANTS TO COMPETE!
Sparring classes are offered per instuctor approval.
